my periods was on mar 14 and cycle is 26 to 29. i started to test 9th day and test carefully as they mentioned. first day i got very faint line and little darker each day after that. on the 13th i got positive result. the day before i got positive it was litle darker but lighter then positive one. according to pamplet igot positive only for day. today is my 14th day and i got negative(line is light). my question is, is it possible to get LH surge only for one day? When did i ovulate?i used target brand if is make any difference.

The LH surge happens 24-48 hours before ovulation. Some people have a shorter LH surge, some a longer LH surge. Some people can see their surge for two days, and others can test in the morning, not see a surge, test in the afternoon, see a surge and test the next morning and see nothing. yeah it is possible to have LH surge only for a day.
the levels decrease rapidly after peak.
u ovulated on 13th day. ovulation always occur during the LH peak.

LH surge lasts for 12-36 hours. so when you see the darkest line. do it to make sure a sperm is waiting for the egg
