New Look had them in a few weeks ago because I brought some from there, not sure if they are still stocking them though as they change their fashions regulary. Try www.froogle.com & search "Black skinny jeans" that will get you results.

My friend got some from Abercrombie & Fitch. I got mine from Walmart, but they only had those for a limited time. I'd say check hot topic.
