Does it hurt a girl to be kicked in the groin? Sure, it hurts to be kicked anywhere, but is it about the same pain as a guy?

You bet....since I'm not a guy it makes it alittle bit difficult to compare pain. However; it hurts when this tender spot is injured.

A similar pain that a guy feels when kicked in the groin can be given to a girl by punching her directly in the breasts.

Not the same pain. It really doesn't hurt anymore or any less than being kicked in the face!

It hurts a lot, because of the pelvic bone, but it's not quite as painful for a woman as for a man.

yes it hurts, but by a guy's expression when he gets kicked, our pain is not as bad. for us, it like smarts and is sore, but it goes away

Yes... It would hurt... My friend has had that happen to her once and nearly blacked out... At least that is what she said... But I personally think it wouldn't hurt as much as it it does us guys... Because they are a little sensitive...

well imk a girl and i can tell you that it hurts but i have never been a guy so i dont know if the pain is worse or not

No it's not the same.
It seems to be natures way of balancing out the fact that in general men are bigger and stronger. gives a little edge.
