Guanajuato ,Mexico. It is a lovely town and has very few tourists except for the Cervantino festival.

Ft. Walton Beach, Fl b/c it's only 3 hours from where I live and 5 minutes from Destin... oh, and the ocean water is really clean there.

To date (as in, that I have been to), Maui. Because it's asbo-frickin-lutely gorgeous.
