Iraqi militias, insurgent groups, and bordering countries are all beginning to talk to one another about how to settle down and learn to live with each other. NONE of this was done until the Democrats won control of the congress and let it be known that the U.S. would be pulling out.
This proves that the Bush administrations policies on Iraq are wrong and the Democrats have been right all along, yes? A definite policy of withdrawal from Iraq is the only thing that will force the Iraqis’ and their neighbors to live together in relative peace.

No, I disagree.
The terrorist states want a Democratic controlled government in the USA because they know that they would be weak in foreign policy and allow rogue states to become stronger.

How about providing some substantiation for your claims. The high level summit between Iraq, Iran, Syria and the biggest countries on the UN security council was scheduled long before the Democrats took over Congress and even longer before a vote on a pullout date.
And even if what you are saying is true, it proves nothing until it happens. The various insurgent groups will be doing anything between now and any pull out date that gets passed to bide their time and be back in full force once the troops are gone.

That is the most idiotic thing that I have ever heard. The Bush administration made it clear at the starting of this war the the United states would be leaving Iraq eventually. Furthermore, The democRATs do not have control of congress, they have a slight majority, not control.

WRONG! As you can see, a few of you really made the little Liberal mad. So mad...that he had to do his little dirty thumbs down trick by scolding you in his little public forum with additional rants like...moron...
Democrats won control of congress? Where has that control been? I still see your ranting and raving about us still being in Iraq. Hell, from what Pelosi and your other leaders were saying...just elect us and we'll have the boys home by saturday midnight. Yes, real winners they are.

We pull out, Al Queda moves in. Establish control there, then follow us home. Good job congress. I have not seen the "Bush policy against Islamic Radicals". It's not Iraq we are fighting fool, it's an Ideology. Much like fighting Liber-coms.

I don't listen to any news broadcasts. But I do know these talks were set up before the Democrats took minuscule control of the Congress. So I'd have to say you are wrong.

First we should take it over properly, then withdrawn from the less violent areas. And let the people control themselves. But we should "withdraw" them to more violent places in the country.

God willing they reach a peace agreement and we get ourselves out of there. I don't care whose responsible for it, but if we leave Iraq in Turmoil, that's bad. If we stay in Iraq's turmoil, worse, if we leave iraq in peace... best possible solution.
