If u are familiar with web scripting (ASP to be specific) then its a breeze. Here's what you will need to do:
1. Create fields in MS Access
2. Write/Download Survey script in .ASP
3. Host the script on one of your PC's. This requires setting up a virtual directory under IIS.
4. Email the survey url to all your staff and they can use that link to participate in the poll
5. You can login to the url and view the results.
6. You can backup the MS Access database for future use.

Hope this helps!
