This is my first job, well full time that is and my 90 day review is up. My boss and I are meeting next week, but I'm not sure what to ask about, a raise of course, but what else?? Help!

First, ask for performance feedback - how are you doing so far? What areas might you need to improve on?

Then, you can discuss a career or training path if appropriate - what else might you need to learn? How do you advance with the company?

Based on how the conversation has gone thus far, it may or may not be appropriate to ask for an increase. Most companies don't give them at 90 days, but some high turnover industries (restaurants, retail, etc.) do give more frequent increases.

Good luck.

from my experience during my reviews i didn't really have to say much. it depends on how serious you are about the job. you really shouldn't ask about the raise i was a retail manager for 9 years they will tell you if your going to get one. are you looking to move up in the company? if so ask what the chances are or if there are any opportunities usually if there is and you have been doing an outstanding job they will ask if you want a better position. don't sweat it. you will be fine.

make sure to have a list of your accomplishments prepared to tell them

ask for their feedback on your job performance

bring up any concerns or questions you have about your responsibilities- ask for more responsibilities if you can handle them

ask about a pay increase depending on how everything else went- tell them you want to grow within the organization and see if they will give you more money.

Most likely, he will be reviewing your job performance, he will do most of the talking. Just be alert and prepared to answer his questions.
