Around 52 years ago 'then I saw the light'!!!
Now as an atheist it would be hypocritical of me to go into a church, why would I ever want to?
If some one dies that I knew, I pay my respects to the family, I have even followed a funeral to the church yard , but that's it.
I have no time at all for any religion or for the religious leaders or teachers.
Not many new churches being built now, old churches shutting down due to loss of interest, for sure the Christian religion is going to the wall and the sooner the rest follow the better.

Although I am not religious I do respect all religion. About a year & a half ago, on holiday in Hong Kong, I just wandered into a Catholic church & sat there quietly for about 20 minutes. Not praying, not even really thinking about anything in particular. Then I simply walked out again. I had no idea then nor now why I did that.
