Does Sasuke really die in book 3? Will he come back? I hope so! And does he hook up with Sakura later on?

I don't know what you mean by Book 3, but no, Sasuke does not die (not yet anyway, the manga is still being created. I don't know if he will, I think it's possible but I doubt it) and no, he does not hook up with Sakura (once again, yet. I doubt he will anyway but that is just my opinion)

Sasuke doesnt die..but later on he trums evil betrays konoha goes to orochimaru (kills orochimaru and uhh yea) now he's 15 and evil ( and as for sakura and him no they don't hook up sakura's probably going to end up wiht naruto but we don really noe)

Out of all the 9 seasons there are, no. That means he didn't die. They still are airing Naruto in Japan. Although he turns evil.
