How about some crushed meringue with chopped strawberries mixed with whipped cream, sugar and a shot of peach snapps. Then sprinkle on top with crushed pistachio or chocolate.

Well, ok but it won't really work if you cook it, you know that don't you?
Sweet:
Stuff with cream cheese pistashios (unsalted!) and honey
Don't stuff, but cut in half, dip in brown sugar and caramelise on a hot griddle. Serve with natural yoghurt or ice cream
Savoury idea for another time: wrap in pancetta with pieces of brie.

Don't stuff it, try this instead...
Halve peaches and take the stones out, place hole down in an oven proof dish. almost cover in extra thick cream. sprinkle with light brown sugar and cook until the sugar has caramelised.

raw and baked- with a little brown sugar, chopped celery, pecans. That is wonderful. Trust me
Can soft peach...cream cheese with nuts or cottage cheese and honey.
