what is love melancholia?

i've been looking at the 4 humours (sanguine, choleric, melancholic and phlegmatic) and have been told to look for information about love melancholia. any ideas? thanks

It is in my opinion the yearning mind's way of deriving pleasure by thinking dark thoughts with ones lover starring in it - just like you enjoy the pain when you rub around an abscess / boil (if you have had one you would know).
