I am a die-hard Saints fan, and have followed every mock draft. The most glaring need for the Saints is CB. If the Saints stay at the 27th pick, I think Aaron Ross (Texas) or Chris Houston (Arkansas) might fall to them and be solid picks.
I know Drew Brees and Sean Payton love the TE, and I hear the Saints are looking hard at Greg Olsen (Miami, FL) and might even consider trading up a few spots to get him.
In the later rounds, look for the Saints to draft a DT, DE, WR, and a backup QB.

The Saints are almost definitly going to improve their DB's and they are very very likely to go with the 6'1 190lb. CB Aaron Ross of Texas, the reason is that they have Mike McKenzie who is pretty good but Fred Thomas wasnt, he was beaten down the field time after time. This will work out well since most of the teams that are before New Orleans dont need any CB's and with the amazingly explosive Leon Hall of Michigan and Darrell Revis of Pittsburgh Ross will almost certainly still be there for the takeing. Ross is an explosive kick/punt returner and a very good tackler. He would benifit the saints almost immediatly and help them get back the the playoffs next year.

The Saints need to address the CB position and there are three guys that I would love to see in black and gold:
Texas CB Aaron Ross - He's a big corner and he can cover well.
Pittsburg CB Darrelle Revis - One of the top cover corners in the draft
Fresno State CB Marcus McCauley - This guy has something that cant be taught on any level - flat-out speed. He may be a reach at 27, but a possibility if Revis and Ross are gone.
They can go receiver in Round 2 and get a talented guy, possibly Sidney Rice or Buster Davis, the local product from LSU

The New Orleans Saints will select one of these four players (this would be their draft board):
1 Chris Houston, DB, Arkansas
2 Aaron Ross, DB, Texas
3 Leon Hall, DB, Michigan
4 Marcus McCauley, DB, Fresno State
They desperately need a corner.

I'm thinking Justin Harrell out of Tennessee.
The Saints would be wise to upgrade their defensive line as a good d-line usually improves the LBs. And since the LB crew for the Saints are mediocre, but good enough....they should upgrade the d-line that allowed Thomas Jones and Cedric Benson of the Bears to run all over them.
