No. It would never work because when will it ever be enough? What is the price for a human life? And everyone will start to want reparation from the other races, religions, etc. that they feel have wronged them..I think in one way or another we all feel as though we have been wronged by other groups at some time in our life.

No. Here's a little secret: Life is not fair. I condemn the attackers for what they did and it will be a lovely day when Bin Laden's head separates from his shoulders but reparations are useless because they solve nothing.

No. Life is not fair, and that is that. This is not a civil trial in America. You cannot sue a Muslim sect because they did something that you do not agree with. I am appalled by what they did, but how would you enforce reparations?

Realistically, not all the Muslims did it. And they do supply us with oil, we have to pay for it, the prices would be higher especially if we seek reparations from them.
