I love living in Alabama the heart of dixie! I live near Birimingham. We have the best food and I'm proud to be a southern gal! People are courteous out here as everyone who watched the Birmingham auditions on American Idol would see and it's warm and I love it! I don't see my self going anywhere b/c this is Sweet Home Alabama - where the skies are so blue but the pollen is pretty bad lately isn't it?

I'll tell you what, Southern girls are awesome!!! I love how open and honest they are!! they will come up to you in a bar and tell you exactly how they feel about you LOL. They will tell you if they wanna sleep with you, hang out with you, or just talk, its so easy!! haha. I've traveled all over the south and some of my best friends in the whole world are down south! Texas, New Mexico, Southern California, Gorgeia, and Alabama, Southern people seem to "get it" more, and when i say "It" i mean Life in General, they seem to get the true value out of life. and that is whatever makes you happy, and for them, they just do what makes them happy, and they don't care about anyone else while they are doing it :) but y'all are still a bunch of Rednex haha!!!!

hi miss b, i have a Friend in tuscumbia,Alabama and i visited him, the people were beautiful but I'm from NYC and it was hard to understand you guys you talk funny haha and porch's whats up with the porch's ain't youse guys ever hear of west Nile virus? football...OK i get it you guys love it and cotton that's alot of cotton you guys got and the highways.. you need curves on those things, piggly wigglys i thought that was a thing in "driving miss daisy" i didn't think it was real haha. barbecue whats up with that you guys burn everything and you wave at everybody!!! i was ready to kill somebody if they waved at me again!!!. restaurants you have no Italian and no sushi places all you got is a shoneys and a waffle house. grits whatsa grit ??? i had some and did'nt want anymore haha youse guys are funny.... nice people. thanks sweety for the rsvp i just talked to my freind in tuscumbia and we had a laugh about me acting like a idiot in piggly wigglys, i brought a little cooler and a pad for my refrigarator and i wanted to go pick some cotton that day haha, that is so cool haha. i'm nuts haha bye sweety

I am a fan of the South. I visited Alabama a couple of times, and the people were very nice.

I am Canadian, but I have plenty of friends in the South !
I love them all ! Bless their Hearts ! Namely from VA , TN,
NC, SC , and Sweet Home Alabama ! (Pelham,Birmingham,
Tuscaloosa, and Alabaster to name a few )
I love the southern accents ! I have found that people from the south form some of the best friendships !

Alot of people like to call us "slow", but that's not true. We can be the most friendliest people in the world, but you shouldn't take that for granted.
