i have an original clarrice cliff figure of an eagle but need to find out more about it but where

Do a Google search and you should get a list of her stuff, or go to antiques collectors ,bbc antiques info sites.good luck and don't get ripped off if it is an original.They are worth quite a bit of money in the right collectors market.

Clarice Cliff made a small number of figures but they were of the Teddy Bear type of thing. These were made in about 1933 but I have never heard of an Eagle and it may be that only one was made and if that were so - well it would be of immense value - many thousands of pounds. The mark for 1933 would have probably included the word "Fantasque" in black. You need to take it to Christies at South Kensington and see Christopher Proudfoot who will tell you more
