in 300, i recognised the actor but i can't remember his name, he was the bad one in it who raped the Queen, he had a little beard and was in the Council

Dominic West played Theron in 300 - He's also in Hannibal Rising, 28 Days, etc, among many other movies.

and by and by, I don't think he raped the Queen. She was making what she viewed as a trade. Sex for air-time, more or less.
