It depends on what kind of outcome you want. If you are looking for something romantic, then I would consider a moonlit carriage ride to a secluded spot with some wine and a blanket. If a carriage is unavailable, then a limousine and out to a nice restaurant. Or how about a hot air balloon ride? But don't forget the card and flowers!
If it's something exciting you're looking for, then you could go on a rafting/kayak trip.

Get him you, wrapped up in a big bow and nothing else on but a little whipped cream put right where he likes it. What a great gift that would be! It would certainly be a present I'd not soon forget.

Do you have kids? Or are you wanting to do something just the 2 of you. I suggest getting him something unique or something he may use all the time. And to add to it make him a nice candlelit dinner.

Is there anything in paticular he really wants or something he would never buy for himself? My husband never buys anything for himself, so he's easy, but if you could think of something like that, I'm sure he would appreciate it.
