I think I'd be really angry at what happened and then as time went on learn to deal with it just like anything else that trips us up in life.

I honestly believe that I could handle anything as long as I still had my sanity and my imagination. It would be so sad, though, to never hear music or my children's voices ever again.

Being blind is one of my great fears. There are two ladies at my church who are going through macular degeneration and it is so scary. You would have to trust people so much more than I would be comfortable with. And I could never drive. I love to drive.

But again, the motto of our family is adapt and overcome.

I am sure, anyone, would be a bit crazy after losing sight/hearing during their lifetime, especially when you were fine when born. After a while, you do adapt and live a normal life again.

Yes, you could handle it. It's just another way to learn how to live. Obstacles are put in our paths for us to overcome them. For those who can't overcome, will parish. Thank you and may GOD bless.

it's a very scary question you know.
but i think it is very natural that i'll go mad; i don't think i'll be able to take this shock

i wish and pray that noone faces such a thing in their life an
and for those who are suffering for it i pray that they are able to endure the pain.

I have an ear blockage problem, occasionally. It is strange, but you cope.
