Grammatical errors are easy to make in everyday communication. English has a lot of different rules that pertain to grammar usage. Not even the experts can agree sometimes as to what is right or wrong in grammar usage.

Spelling is more important in communication of English. So continue to use your spell checker and proof read your writings to make sure they are saying what you want them to say. If you remember to put a period after a complete thought, a question mark after a question then you are doing well. :-)

Yahoo's "Check Spelling" does not offer grammar checking. If you have MS Word, you could select, copy, and paste your text into a Word document, then check the grammar there.

Next, you could either edit your text in Yahoo, or copy the corrected text back from Word.

The first few answers will help you with with both grammar and spelling.

However, I appreciate that you are concerned enough to want to post an question or answer written correctly.

Nothing bothers me more than people text messaging type, or fill their question/answer with text that sounds like they have some "Valley" speech impediment.

I challenge everyone to make their grammar school teachers proud of them and spell, punctuate, and write correctly.

You can use Yahoo's check spelling or go back and edit the answer yourself if you know the right spelling.

Use the edit link on your post. Of course, you have to be able to identify grammar and spelling mistakes first. Knowing is half the battle.

Just proof read the question or answer. If you care enough to use spell check, God bless you. Minor grammar errors should be overlooked by the community.
