Cottage cheese has always been favoured by the likes of George Michael and Joe Orton. Frottage cheese can sometimes rub the host up the wrong way....

Keep it simple is the first rule. We all love Cheddar so provide it in mild, medium and strong( or Farmhouse). Then contrast it with a Stilton. Both go very well with wine red or white. Serve with oat biscuits as they do not spoil the cheese flavour and are a healthier option than cream crackers. Also some nice French style bread with butter on the side is ever popular.

What kind of cheese depends on what kinds of wines are being served/sampled. The link below will help with the proper choices.
