Republicans were in total control of the invasions that took place in Afghanastan and Iraq. Both were planned under Rumsfield, total troop deployment, methodology, goals, aftermath. End of story. So, why are Democrats blamed, it, really is ignoring simple facts and seeking blame for one's own failures. What say you.

archangel, the media had nothing to do with the invasions, mate, and, in fact, the media, then, did not question the validity of the invasions, you are in denial, my friend.

You are absolutely right. They got everything they wanted to fight this war. They got the support of the democrats. They got the support of the "liberal" media. Now, four years later they don't have that support anymore. They have a short ungrateful memory.

I, for one, am very tired of the blame game...on both sides. And the longer it continues, the more lives are lost and money is wasted. The Republicans are a tired party, without a clear plan. The democrats are a sad group, who seem to lack the balls to bring about change. At this point, neither should be patting themselves on the back.

And while I'm at it, the American public has nothing to be proud of. They have allowed lying and cheating to be the commonplace in the oval office...they whine about it, but really, do NOTHING. You get what you vote for...

Try the constant whine about how Terrorists are treated. Calling Bush Hitler, Calling our troops storm troopers. The left has acted disgracefully on all points. The liberal media keeping a running total for the terrorists of how many of our troops have been killed. It's sick. The reason we can't fight this war effectively is because of all the spineless cowards on the left.

That terrorist is going to stick a knife in your back after you get through hugging him.

When you constantly undermine your opponents policy after voting for it then that is as close to sedition as you can get. If you remember when Clinton decide to go into Bosnia while the Republican party did not cheer they did not constantly try to undermine the President policy to try and gain political upmanship.

I think the Democrats are a disgrace because I believe they have actually encourage the enemy and prolong the war.
