Females: how often do you treat yourself to a pedicure?

Never had one. I cut my nails and my feet are fine, I don't like to mess with them more than necessary to keep them clean and I like having someone else mess with them even less.

Its nice to get a pedicure from a salon once in a while but i do it myself every 1.5 weeks or so for the entire year (i cant stand ugly, unpainted toes). Just cut and file your nails to the shape you want, use a cuticle remover. Use a nice smelling scrub with a pumice, dry, and lotion up. Relax and a little later pick a nice color to paint em' and there you go. =)

I visit beauty palours weekly. I love having lovely painted nails. Makes me feel glam and sophisticated.
It's personal grooming and self vanity.

I can do a mean manicure myself and have done for friends too with raving results. But I simply have no patience for doing my own pedicure. I prefer nail technicians to pamper my feet. Unpainted toe nails make me feel 'naked'.

Moreover, just imagine gorgeous painted toe nails dancing/walking in pretty heels.

As often as I can afford it in the summer when I'm wearing sandals, ideally at least once a month, but I don't bother in the fall and winter because I'm wearing shoes and socks. I also do it myself but there's nothing like a spa pedi!

As often as they are needed to keep them looking amazing.

But I do a little maintance myself to keep them looking smooth. Periodic pedicures aren't enough by themselves if you want your feet looking perfect.

yeppers...every couple of months cuz they're expensive. i get the the hot pink/redish color with little flower designs on them. sometimes i do french tip.
