George W. Bush belongs at the top of the list -- of the worst presidents ever.

The greatest presidents, so far, are:
Lincoln
FDR
Washington
Kennedy
[LBJ messed up with Vietnam, otherwise he could have made the top 5 because of his civil rights efforts.
Truman had great spirit and a deep sense of responsibility.]

Clinton's name should not be spoken in the same breath as FDR or Eisenhower anyone who adds Clinton, first of all does not know history and was probably 15 when Clinton was President...and No I do not think Bush is in the top 5...

George Bush would go in the bottom 5 in my list.

My list would include Lincoln, Eisenhower, Roosevelt Kennedy & Clinton. You are probably another ignorant republican who refuses to see daylight on a sunny summer afternoon. William Jefferson Clinton is the smartest of all presidents alive today. If we are judge him for his sexcapade in white house - I would say what he did didn't kill Americans.

Wow, I think this should be added to Wikipedia as the definition of a "Trick Question". I couldn't help but chuckle when I read that but I do give you props for the comedy.
