When he told congress under oath he played no part in the attorney firings, and knew nothing about them prior to the firings, he lied. It has since come out he attended a meeting in which the firings were the main topic. So since lying under oath to congress is a crime, should he be charged just like Bill "Hide the Cigar" Clinton?

Lets hope that the congress gets Meir's and Rove to testify under oath, it will not take much more and BushCo's House of Cards will start to come tumbling down.

Yes he should be tried for lying, interfering with a congressional investigation and obstructing justice along with the rest of BushCo for lying to We The People. Then they all should be turned over to the World Court for Crimes Against Humanity! Including Rummy!

Well sense he was not lying or "caught lying" the answer is no he won't resign. Yes...it is that simple. Post a link. Its Corps not core...quit embarrassing yourself. You have asked a question that is baseless and without merit. You are presenting an opinion not a FACT. Don't get so angry just because you can't back anything up.
Semper Fi !!! My "3rd grade grammar" really makes you look like a fool. I can back myself up so I don't get embarrassed. Good luck fishing. The responses in here speak volumes.

I don't know if he will resign and admit to his folly but his lie is by far more destructive to the people of this great country than what Bill Clinton's lie to cover his embarrassment.

His lie, though wrong is far different than the political positioning in the Republican party that is bringing our country down.

I think any lie that comes from an officer of the court to the part of the Government that is investigating that affects the country is far more detrimental to our lives than the sex act that happened in the Oval office.

And Newt Gingrich while pushing for impeachment for Clinton
was having an affair with a women.

The Republicans use a double standard as we have seen this past 6 years.

When I go to meetings in my job I do not listen to all the information. 2 To lie under oath is not a crime. They have to prove he was listening and writing down these firings. In other words you can not put someone in jail for daydreaming at boaring BS meetings. Watch C-span for a while and you tell me what all the senators said.
