I've been having some crazy dreams about homicide, in the first one I'm in school me and one of my friends get in a argument and I shoot him, and the rest of the dream was full of violence.
In my second dream the next day I had two dreams , in one me and my familly were in my house, I heard shots, it was me and 2 of my friends and we had guns too, but the other guy was sniping, and shot my family. The third one I had that night, I did a beer run, and we took off, I went back in that store an hour later, I dont know why, then they called the cops, they were chasing me on foot, then I shot two cops down.
Any help will help me on this because i'm lost, and I don't even want to sleep no more because I always wake up, scared. thanks. Miguel

I think you probably need to go and talk to someone about this, a professional...not someone on Yahoo answers.

Most dreams never mean what you actually see, also bad dreams can be cause by illnesses and overeating before bed time, possibly drinking, drugs. There are many books that explain what different dreams mean and some times it is very silly. You may have manifest these dreams your self due to something that has been on your mind and it just happen to manifest as you commiting murder, it doesn't mean that you will commit murder, you may just have anxiety about another subject in your life, I do feel that if they continue to speak with someone or at least do some research of your own to put your mind at ease so they will eventually go away. I occationally have dreams of other peoples murder but I'm more like a 3rd party watching a movie, like it is a premonision. But yours might need to be addressed quickly so you can put them behind you. You also might be having too much excitement in your daily rutine such as drinking and partying, that may play a factor in this situation, it may also be your surroundings, you might be desencitized by all the violence. Alot of inner city kids, go through this, I think I did as well because I was raised in Miami during all the riots, boatlifts, cocaine cowboys, etc... I became very desencitized and seeing someone being shot to death in front of me should have had more of an effect on me than it did. But it did manifest in my dreams, but I tried to stay stable and I worked on fixing my world so my life wouldn't have these issues and the bad dreams don't happen as often. Please excuse the miss spelling, I was rushing to write this to you.

a glass of red wine and relaxing your body and mind before you lie down in bed, would do.
forget about going to a psychiatrist. you would have to see one if those weren't dreams but actions in real life.
dreams like that tend to appear when your mind is restless, it could be anything- stress at work or school, problems with relationships (family, friends, lovers) or even the change of seasons. we all have those dreams from time to time (funny, i just woke up this morning from a dream that i was walking around with an m16, shooting random people. i don't let those dreams bother me too much).
again, try to relax, take a warm bath and go outside to breath some fresh air before you go to sleep. definitely don't start taking meds or going to therapy, that's all bull.

Dreams such as this one may trigger alot stress in your life. I would recommend getting to the bottom of what may be causing you such stress. If these dream continue I recommend seeking help with a licensed therapist so maybe they can get to the bottom of what is causing these dreams. Especially if it is causing fear of sleeping!

You aren't crazy, you just need to see a head specialist, psychiatrist, and another head specialist, a psychologist, and you may need some medication to quench those horrific dreams before you start playing them out in actual life. You might consider a head transplant.

Have you been having problems recently with your family or with some freinds or did you watch something related to your dreams because usually what happens in our lives that day could affect us in dreams.
