I do, and then I spurt out some clear fluid!!!! ;)

I usually get the urge to urinate, also, but I have never spurted out clear fluid. I have read around that this is the equivalent of when a man "blows his load". Like orgasms, not all women are able to achieve this. Congratulations! It is also very normal and there is nothing to worry about.
Also, the best thing to do to avoid feeling the urge to urinate would be to go to the toilet prior to having sex (or masturbating). If you still get the feeling, (like me) Just focus on the other feelings that you're feeling right then. ;)
(because usually, I know damn well that I don't have to go, so I just forget about it.)
