We don't have a "patatoe chop aisle" in stores where I'm from. Most people don't sleep when shopping around here.

if they're napping in a store it's considered an obstruction to the public, therefore should be dealt with, no person(s) should be napping in a store especially in the potatoe chip aisle seriously it's wrong

I would over them they aren't going to feel anything because if they are in the potato isle sleeping that means they had to much to smoke and got the munchies..
