We don't have a "patatoe chop aisle" in stores where I'm from. Most people don't sleep when shopping around here.

if they're napping in a store it's considered an obstruction to the public, therefore should be dealt with, no person(s) should be napping in a store especially in the potatoe chip aisle seriously it's wrong

I would over them they aren't going to feel anything because if they are in the potato isle sleeping that means they had to much to smoke and got the munchies..

It would be disrespectful to walk over a person whether living or dead. Its best to go around them to avoid unwanted situations, :)
