My daughter is almost 1.. Does anyone have any tips on breaking my daughter from her paci AND having to have her milk at bedtime and naptime...?..

Just make a new fun bedtime routine. Have her brush her teeth, then let her know no milk after teeth are brushed or she'll get cavities. Then read her a story and tuck her in. It always worked with my kids.

if she is having milk in a bottle, you had better make a dentist appt, throw away bottles and paci, paci's are not meant for a child that old only for up to about 3 months, and at one year a bottle in not necessary, you might have about 2-3 bad days but then it will be done, the longer you wait the harder it will be, and if you do it slowly you confuse the child
