Why Do My Neighbors Bash Me so Much, They Know I'm Gay And they Planted Trees Near My Yard and....?

now all their leaves are blowing my yard, i see them smiling when the wind blows. Should I call the Cops, I'm sick of being Harrassed.

Oh good heavens, no! Hang up Rainbow wind chimes from the trees they planted and let the noise annoy the poop outta them!

Also, you can get a bunch of plastic bags and tape them together in a manner that keeps the bags open, then strategically place the contraption so that as the wind blows the leaves, they all gather in the bags. When the wind dies, collect the bags and you're done! You could even tie rainbow colored yarn around the necks......of the bags, not the neighbors!

Seems to me if these trees are now making a mess of leaves, they must have been planted more than a few years ago. So how ongoing has the friction been here, anyway? Legally, they can plant trees anywhere within their own property lines, and legally, you'd get in trouble dumping raked leaves over the fence. Doesn't sound fair, but that's the way it is. However, you could get a blower -either gas or electric- and blow the leaves back! You didn't touch them, so nobody can say you picked them up and dumped them, even if that's where they came from in the first place. I'd opt for a gas blower, as there's more chance of the noise bothering them! But lest you get ideas, no, don't do it in the middle of the night. Keep it fair (well, sort of!) and open, and the cops will have no reason to come and hassle you. I really can't believe that all these years of the trees growing, and they still have nothing better to do than stand around smiling at the leaves landing in your yard. If that's true, they must lead pretty boring lives. I'd have pity on them!

If possible could you put a privacy fence up next to the trees, to hopefully deflect some of the leaves. I would probably pick them up and throw them back into their yard. If you live in a complex that has like a neighborhood association you could bring that up at a meeting that your neighbors are inconsiderate. Or try to get the property lines to see if the trees are on your property then cut them down. If you are trying to be a total jerk, you could always wait till night time and try to kill the trees with chemicals and stuff. But I would probably be more mature than them, at least at first. Reminds me of everytime I here a black person "pulls the race card". "Because I'm gay." How big is your neighbors yard? I've planted a few trees and I know you cannot plant two trees on top of each other. The roots will take too much nutrients from the other. They might not have the room to plant their trees anywhere else.

Quit being such a puss. You don't plant trees to inconvenience a gay neighbor. Trees take time to grow. If those trees are big enough to make leaves and blow a significant number in your yard, the trees have been there for a good while and have been blowing leaves for years. Furthermore, call the police on them. They will laugh at you in a heartbeat.

Atleast enjoy the same right to be annoyed by everyone else as the rest of us do. Its better for you here than being somewhere where they kill gays.

I don't know where you live, but where I live I can cut the branch of the tree that trespass my yard, even if is a tree on my neighbors yard, because the branch and the leaves are on my property. And second don't be bother by stupid people, live your life, don't care what people think about your sexual orientation, if you are happy, show it to the world. Sing aloud and dance when you are picking up the leaves, enjoy cleaning up your yard, and you can see their faces.

Their leaves belong in their yard. Calling the cops about leaves will not do anything. I would agree, gather the leaves, and put them in their yard, or you could just gather the leaves and put them in the trash. I think that taking the high road is the best answer is, why give them ammunition to harass your, just get on with your life, and let them be the jerks.

You could see a lawyer and take your neighbors to court and get a restraining order.

I would be careful about being over sensitive. If you think you have a case for genuine harrassment, make a log of everything that happens and then present it to the relevant authorities otherwise you run the risk of not being taken seriously.

Just hang anoying objects that they can see, and pick up the leaves, I would get up a 6am and take my lawn mower, on a weekend, and start mulching them, or get a leaf blower and do the same at midnight, or early morning hours.
