This is a very nice question and it depends entirely the frame of reference in which the person belongs to, For an entrepreneur opportunities and for a sales man better communication and sales, sometimes the Abraham Maslow's theory of needs appeal to most of the person, to a celebrity it might be recognition and fame that appeals the most, but for me creativity, innovation, humour and doing things out of the box appeals me, I love people with brains,hey i am not a nerd or a geek trust me...
