i never understood the rainboot thing.
i guess they serve some sort of purpose when it rains but unless you plan on skipping through puddles.. dont wear them.
i think they make your foot look triple its size and it seems juvenile.

I never thought of it that way...I wouldn't wear turtle necks if they were fashionable, although they probably won't become fashionable.
