if two jobs, money is similar, both very big co, different titles, the only different thing is, former one is really established team and had good reputation in the field i m working; the later one is kindl of newly created position that you have to work up to your ***. what if the later one can pay you more? you go for money or you go for title?

I think that is a personal choice
My dad once was a assistant vice pres. but was offered more money for a lesser impressive title.
He said that titles differ from company to company. He goes for the money and the benifits.
