You is spelt Y.O.U and me is spelt M.E. besides that there are many other differences. You is an English term used to address a person or persons other than yourself or your group. Me, on the other hand is a term that is used to address or indicate the self, that is the speaker! Gramatically speaking, "You" can be the third person, singular or plural, while "I" or "Me" is always the first person singular!!
