most of the time i am quiet; however, there are those moments when i am outspoken and it is necessary. (got kids???) haha

With most people, quiet. If we're talking of Simone I know very well, then I can be outspoken to the point of being annoying.

That is hard for me to answer. I am a shy, quiet person. However, in my Professional Career, I was very outspoken. Sometimes I feel "conflicted".

I'm a very loud, outspoke, opinionated person. I figure if someone doesn't want to hear me, then they don't need to listen :)
