Your question should have been difference between the two branches in MBA...when u get the differences u decide which one u think is good for u...

MBA is definetly a good career option...but for specialization i would suggest you not to decide even before joing some institute...most of the MBA courses ask students to decide specializationonly after 6 mths or first year. Within 6-12 months u can have basic knowledge/understanding of all the specializations and then u can do a SWOT analysis for urself. Also deciding the specialization upfront may rigid u r mindset.... so all the best
