After i have started birth control how long could it take for my cycle to show?

how many packs do you have to take if you have problems with cycles being regular. i have pcos

Your birth control will start to regulate you in the first month. You should have a period within the first few days of the placebo pills. However, don't be surprised if you still don't have a period. While on the birth control you don't build up enough lining to slough off every month and this is normal.

It can take up to 3 months to regulate, but you also may need to try a different pill. Different pills work well for different people. I tried 3 kinds before I had the right one. Good Luck!
