Emails prove he was indeed in a meeting to discuss the firing of the 8 US attorneys. This comes after he told the senate he played no part in the decision and only his chief staff had prior knowledge. Unless he slept through the meeting, he did indeed have prior knowledge, contrary to his sworn statement to congress. Will he finally resign?

The Attorney General is the top law enforcement position in these United States!
We cannot tolerate anyone that will lie to Congress or to We The People!

He has been stating that he didn't have prior knowledge until he was presented with the information for the basis to fire them. Are you so certain that the meeting to discuss the firing wasn't the time in which he was given that info to go ahead and fire the guys? Why are you and the press looking for blood on a matter that is every bit his right?

Well sense he was not lying or "caught lying" the answer is no he won't resign. Yes...it is that simple. Post a link. Typical Lib ranting. I would expect you to react the way you do when caught in a lie. The responses in here prove my point. Good Luck Fishing.

If every politician in Washington who has been less than honest with the American public was to resign, it would look like a wild-west ghost town.

I don`t blame Bush Jr. for the republicans giving freely our business would desire to because of the fact it began with Reagan lifting cost lists and Clinton did not help via signing the Republican NAFTA settlement. I blame Bush for ignoring 911warnings via his head of anti-terrorism and invading a united states that had not something to do with 911. besides the shown fact that I do credit Bush for figuring out to purchase extra human beings then ever politically lively that for the period of any different case does not have.

If he is an honorable and dutiful public servant, he will recognize that this controversy, much to his own making, distracts the country from more pressing issues and as such will resign.

No, he shouldnt resign. What he did was perfectly legal. So, he lied, but, at least "he did not have sexual relations with that woman, Ms. Lewinski".
