Would a Nvidia 7600GS 512MB DDR2 be a good graphics card for my new PC?

Yes I noticed it does have 1 PCI-E x16 slot.
I plan on useing the pc for just about everything.
Work,movies,games.

It's a mid grade card, If you can get a 7950 GT instead. It is a much better card
