I can be your friend, but I am not from Japan or Europe. I know how you can get a friend in Japan though? Get an exchange student.

not from Europe or Japan..just go into a chat room..you'll find all kinds of people from all across the globe in there and more than willing to be your friend..I have found 5 already!
