The music CD would be wonderful, the recorded live performance would be wonderful as well. I just don't know where to find it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Such an amazing album. He is so underrated in the US!
I wish you best of luck finding it.
Try amazon.com. I have bought imports from them in the past. In fact one of them was the British release of Ladies and Gentlemen, with the extra songs.
Ebay is another great idea suggested by the other posters. You can find anything there. Since I've never bought a CD on Ebay, I can't personally recommend it.
