Main,
It depends on what you are looking for.
I work from home with no datawork on the PC.
There is a link to my website in my profile that you can check out.
If this is what you want to do then feel free to email me directly. The website that you see is the same thing you will be set up with and corporate maintains it. You obviously have access to someone's internet. As long as you can do this 3-4 times a week then this is a valid opportunity for you.

Good luck

If you are going to work from home, but do not have an internet connection you are very limited with what you can do to start with.

I suggest that is the first thing you should work on. Other than that, you could try freelance writing, article writing about things you know or have experience with, etc...

You could also look into some direct sales companies like tupperware, candles, home and garden, things with catalogs.
Most of these companies do not require internet access and you can place orders over the phone for your customers.

Hope this helps, or at least guides you in some way.

There are plenty of home-based jobs advertised via internet. Unfortunately, majority are scams.

You have REALLY limited yourself. I would concentrate on getting computer training - library is free. You will need to do datawork or you cut off 90% of your legit ops. Start at a personnel staffing firm - they will tell you what you skills you need for that type of work.
