I find swimming is a great excercise for fat burning as I can do it at a low intensity for an extended period of time. I'm not going to have access to a swimming pool for the next couple of weeks and was just wondering what other excericises i can do to burn fat. Is jogging any good? if so do i still want to do low intenisty for extended time?
