How do i remove tan from my face and body by using homemade measures only?

Spray-on tan? That will come off using a body scrub of any sort. If you don't have one you can make one with sugar, salt, a little baby oil and some lemon. That will probably do the trick. I've also heard that hair remover works, but I've never tried it. Regular tan? Exfoliating helps (using the scrub) but it just takes time.
