My status here is not legal, but im planning to go home soon, but my problem is im pregnant but i do want my baby to be born here and live here, coz the father of my baby is a canadian, but he simply vanished. Is there a chance for me to stay here until my due date, and where could i find help or find foster home for my soon-to-be baby?

I dont understand your question completely?? If the father is leagal and you are not and he left you and you cant find him then you are going to have to leave. You wont be able to get a job to support yourself or the baby if you stay. Also, why in the world would you be willing to leave your baby with a stranger just so he can stay in the country? This is crazy, I think you need to really think about all of this. If you dont want the baby give it up for adoption and then go back to your country and use birth control next time.
