No one argues with a vampire.
Truly, they bring out the worst in you.
Why do you think everyone is trying to stake them all the time?
All they want is a little blood, not much, and sure you will do what they say from that day forward , but; doesn't that sound like every employer you have ever had?
And, for that you want to stake them.
Personally, I relish in pressure, it reminds me that I am not dead yet. Conflict reminds me that I am not alone in this world and that I am not God. And as for arguments, all they are is pointed statements designed to illicit a response. I love to respond.
Do you think we should try and trap that little voice on the top of your head. I think she is a trouble maker. All she does is try and stir the beans and talk about manipulating persons and having fights and arguments. I think we she hunt her down and examine her. Either that or we should make her a judge at a beauty contest. Don't you love it when they make pretty wome squirm? One day I want to see them ask the contestants "Do these pants make me look fat?" and see what they say.

Sometimes we cannot completely avoid these situations, but when you are faced with one, the best thing to do is remain calm and collected. Once one person blows the lid off the events that follow can be chaotic. Listen!!! It's key. Never ignore the other party. And do not interrupt or attack. Even if you do not agree with that is being discussed, allowing the person to get their points out can alleviate a lot of confusion.

You can't.
It can be put off conflict, but it always comes back in bigger numbers.
You can deny being under pressure, but you feel worse because it festered.
You can delay an argument, but it only leads to jumping to more erratic conclusions and feel the pressure that festers which could only conclude explosively.
Something I have learned the hard way.

I meet them all head on and try my best not to make them worse. Sometimes a good fight or argument is the best way to deal with these things. Of course, if it starts to get to me, I relax in a hot bath with a glass of wine. . .I figure that's better than killing people.

By being a push-over and a doormat for whomever comes along.
Personally I don't recommend this policy.
