It's Fashion Disaster day on Friday and i wanna make myself look ugly by putting makeup on but not make it TOO obvious that i'm wearing make-up.

So is the purpose to make yourself 'ugly' by our society standards or to look tacky like someone who doesn't know how to make themselves look nice???
I'll try suggesting a middle ground..
If you don't want it to look TOO obvious...
What about...
Thickening and darkening your eyebrows with either a brow pencil or a matching eyeshadow.
Using a pale eyeshadow for your whole lid, no eyeliner and no mascara. (eyes will look puffy)
Use an out of style shade of pink for your lipstick and outline your lips with brown.
If you want to add spots or 'pimples' dot your face with dark blush using an eyeshadow applicator and dot the centre of that with concealer using the end of a brush for a perfect circle..,it'll look like puss.
Not sure exactly what kind of ugly you want.

Use weird off the wall colors. Something that does not suit your skin tone, ya know. Also I actually know this women that wears her eye shadow with the dark color up top, touching her brow, instead of in the crease or on the lid. It is not very flattering. Try it and see.

use dark lip liner that doesn't match your lipstick.
don't put eyeliner on.
draw on a significant amount of eyebrow. so it'll look like all pencil and no real brow.
put blush below or over the apples of your cheek.
plus.... tie your hair up in a really high pony tail.
wear printed or fishnet stockings.
use shoulder pads. (large ones)

i used to see a girl around school who wears concealer under her eye. i think she wants to cover her dark circles but the concealer was way too bright for her skintone and she looked like a panda with it on her!! try that!!

jus dont wear the makeup properly.
make it messy.
use colors that dont look good on u.

maybe you could put dark spots under your eyes or make your lips look pale by putting on concealer.
