acoording to me only a former indian player who had played cricket should be acoach as he can very well understand our teams mental, physical,moral problems very well.he must have experinced allthese things in his life and can help them to overcome there shortcomings very easily which a foreign coach can not as to deal with indian mind set up u need alot of patience which only one indian can have as we have the courage to forget and forgive.
