The ones that talk like if they are always tired and sleepy...They bore the heck out of me. They speak too slow.

You say you're from TX. You must be used to that by now, surely! I know not all texans speak in a drawl and a lot are actually very well spoken but in the southern half of the USA, especially rural parts, the drawl speakers seem most common. Maybe it's the weather.
On the other hand, maybe all those people are stoners?
If I ever meet you I'll want at least 2 weeks notice so I can get enough caffeine and amphetamines in my system that I don't sound sleepy!
When people talk like that to me I do tend to start yawning which might make them think I'm taking the piss out of them.
I only get like it if I've not slept for about 24hrs+.

Some peoples brains go so fast, they's mouth can't giddy-up fast enough. Others talk so slow, I wonder if they's brains are asleep. Me, I rekon my ears move along fast enough for my eyes to see what I've been saying.
