Not at all.
While I won't report stuff like that myself, the people that do are perfectly within their rights to do so as the sort of question you have given breaks rule 18 of the Community Guidelines -
DON'T
" 18 Engage in chatting or personal correspondence. Some examples are:
How are you?
What's your name?
How old are you?
What time is it?"
What I do shake my head at are the people who TD 100% correct answers simply because of who posted it.
EDIT .... TO THE QUESTION ASKER - Re-read what I wrote, I have not said this question breaks rule 18, I have said that the example you gave "What car do you drive?" breaks rule 18.

i dont care what they think, my 01 ford taurus just got me cross country, and it did fine! its not my fault i cannot afford a beemer, or a gas guzzling suv!
