Every so often - yes.
All the time - no.
Indifference is ok if it is just a temporary state. But if you can't find any single thing that you truly care about then you are likely to be depressed.
I would try to find an interest... a social hobby if you will...
since you are "indifferent" then it shouldn't really matter what you choose - but just get involved with something. But it has to be something new - because obviously the old stuff is what led you to this state of mind to begin with.
But also, it is ok to not be totally excited all the time... that would be creepy.

Sounds like you might be emotionally overloaded. There may be some personal things going down at the moment. The only reason I say that is you are being very human and all of us have, are, or going to feel this way. Maybe the first time you've experienced this is the worse. Maybe. I have no other real advice but know you are not alone. (Honest people will tell you if they have felt this way.)
You know your life better than other people. In the end you have to make a decision whether you want it to continue and screw up your life with this horrible feeling - or do you want to find the solution that is best for you ? It's time for tough decisions. Happiness often depends on these kind of decisions.

Yes, its called depression or slight depression - I just answered your anger question also, I think maybe you may be suffering a little bout of depression. Perfectly normal, happens to all of us - I deal with mine by changing up my routine and getting more exercise which releases endorphins into the body for that "feel good" feeling without drugs. Good Luck

I know stress and that kind of thing can do that to a person, but personally, I am only like that when I've been slacking off on taking my meds for depression. Depression doesn't make me sad, really, it can make me very irritable, but it also does kind of leave me just feeling "blah" most of the time.
You may want to talk to your doctor if it persists.

I don't think hate is the opposite of love - I think indifference is the opposite of love.

Moods do swing so long as it does not effect you seriously and others around you. Sometimes we do need our personal space.
